• Payment is taken on arrival
• Drinks will be refilled only once both the glasses and jugs are empty
• You’re welcome to mix and match drinks, as long as your current drink has been finished
• Jugs and bottles are shared and will be served in quantities that reflect the size of your group/table
• Drinks must not be taken downstairs or outside
• Most importantly… have the best time ever! 🎉

Tickets are non-refundable, however, if you would like to move the entire booking to a new date, we can accommodate that for you. Please ensure you allow 72 hours notice for us to be able to honour this.

General

• You must be 18+ to attend Lovebrunch bottomless brunch events. You may be asked to produce identification as part of the “challenge 25” scheme. Lokanta (The Venue) accept passport or driving licence. Lokanta (The Venue) reserve the right to request proof of age if deemed necessary. Entry to the restaurant is entirely at the Management's discretion.
  
• To secure your reservation, a booking fee per person is required when booking through Lovebrunch (The Promoter) website. The remaining balance is paid on the day to Lokanta. Bookings made outside of Lovebrunch (The Promoter) website are not confirmed or secure.
  
• Lokanta (The Venue) reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not follow Lovebrunch (The Promoter) T&C’s and/or are suspected of being intoxicated upon arrival. In these cases, cancellation charges will apply that are paid to the venue.
• Lokanta (The Venue) can refuse alcohol and additional drinks if the team deems it unsafe.
  
• Events, menus and prices can be subject to change due to circumstances/availability.
  
• Dress code is classy and casual! No sportswear, hoodies, tracksuits, hats.
  
• If you are attending for a special occasion, you are more than welcome to bring your own cake, decorations/accessories – but please no confetti/glitter.
• A discretionary 12.5% service charge is added to your final bill by Lokanta (The Venue).
  
  

Food orders

• Pre-ordering your food is essential, as it allows Lokanta (The Venue) to provide a fast and efficient service on the day. You can submit your food choices when making your reservation via Lovebrunch (The Promoter) website, or at a later time.
  
• Food pre-orders must be submitted at least 7 days before your booking
  
• If you book within 7 days of your event date, please submit your food choices as soon as possible
  
• If your reservation and food pre-order are submitted separately, please use the same booking name, so we can correctly match them
  
• Food orders should be submitted by the main reservation holder, for the entire group
  
  

Booking fees

• Booking fees are non-refundable.
  
• If you need to cancel or transfer your reservation, Lovebrunch (The Promoter) can move your booking to a new date, provided we receive at least 72 hours’ notice. Please have an alternative date ready when contacting Lovebrunch (The Promoter). Any requests made within 72 hours of the event will be non-transferrable and non-refundable.
  
• If the number of guests in your party decreases, please inform Lovebrunch (The Promoter) as soon as possible, so we can update the Lokanta (The Venue) and adjust any pre-ordered meals. Please note the dropped guest(s) booking fee will remain non-refundable and cannot be deducted from the final bill.
  
• To add guests to an existing booking, simply purchase additional tickets via our website and use the same name as the original reservation.
  
• If the date shows as fully booked, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
  
  

Lateness

• Lokanta (The Venue) have a strict return time of tables, starting from the time of your brunch slot and cannot be extended.
  
• Please ensure you arrive at least 10 minutes for your reservation. Lateness is deducted from your bottomless drinking time. Drinks begin at 2pm and finish at 3.30pm. Lokanta (The Venue) may allow a 30 min grace period if you are late, but this will be at their own discretion.
  
  

Bottomless drinks

• Drinks are refilled once glasses & jugs are both empty.
  
• You can mix & match drinks if the drinks on your table are drinks are finished.
  
• Jugs/bottles are to be shared, amount given at a time is dependent on size of group/table.
  
  

Photography & Videography

• Events are captured by professional photographers and videographers to showcase the experience. By attending, you acknowledge that photos and videos of you may be taken and used on our website, social media channels, and other promotional platforms.
  
  

Lovebrunch (The Promoter) are solely the host of the brunches at Lokanta and can only take responsibility for bookings and entertainment. Lokanta (The Venue) is responsible for delivering the service on the day i.e. drinks and food. For any complaints, please contact us at info@lovebrunch.co.uk and we will liaise with the Lokanta (The Venue) if necessary to resolve your issues.
