General
- You must be 18+ to attend our bottomless brunch events. You may be asked to produce identification as part of the “Challenge 25” scheme. (The Venue) accepts passports or driving licences. (The Venue) reserves the right to request proof of age if deemed necessary. Entry to the restaurant is entirely at the Management's discretion.
- To secure your reservation, a booking fee per person is required when booking through Lovebrunch (The Ticketing Platform) website. The remaining balance is paid on the day to (The Venue). Bookings made outside of Lovebrunch (The Ticketing Platform) website are not confirmed or secure and you will be refused entry.
- (The Venue) reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not follow Lovebrunch (The Ticketing Platform) T&C’s and/or is suspected of being intoxicated upon arrival. In these cases, cancellation charges will apply that are paid to the venue.
- (The Venue) can refuse alcohol and additional drinks if the team deems it unsafe.
- Events, menus, and prices can be subject to change due to circumstances/availability.
- Dress code is classy and casual! No sportswear, hoodies, tracksuits, or hats.
- If you are attending for a special occasion, you are more than welcome to bring your own cake, decorations, and accessories – but please no confetti or glitter.
- A discretionary 12.5% service charge is added to your final bill by (The Venue).
Food Orders
- Pre-ordering your food is essential, as it allows (The Venue) to provide a fast and efficient service on the day. You can submit your food choices when making your reservation via Lovebrunch (The Ticketing Platform) website, or at a later time.
- Food pre-orders must be submitted at least 7 days before your booking.
- If you book within 7 days of your event date, please submit your food choices as soon as possible.
- If your reservation and food pre-order are submitted separately, please use the same booking name so we can correctly match them.
- Food orders should be submitted by the main reservation holder for the entire group.
Booking Fees
- Booking fees are non-refundable.
- If you need to cancel or transfer your reservation, Lovebrunch (The Ticketing Platform) can move your booking to a new date, provided we receive at least 72 hours’ notice. Please have an alternative date ready when contacting Lovebrunch (The Ticketing Platform). Any requests made within 72 hours of the event will be non-transferrable and non-refundable.
- If the number of guests in your party decreases, please inform Lovebrunch (The Ticketing Platform) as soon as possible so we can update (The Venue) and adjust any pre-ordered meals. Please note the dropped guest(s) booking fee will remain non-refundable and cannot be deducted from the final bill.
- To add guests to an existing booking, simply purchase additional tickets via our website and use the same name as the original reservation.
- If the date shows as fully booked, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Lateness
- (The Venue) has a strict return time for tables, starting from the time of your brunch slot, which cannot be extended.
- Please ensure you arrive at least 10 minutes early for your reservation. Lateness is deducted from your bottomless drinking time. Drinks begin at the start time of brunch and finish at 1.5 hours in (refer to your specific ticket for slot times).
Bottomless Drinks
- Drinks are refilled once glasses and jugs are both empty.
- You can mix and match drinks if the previous drinks on your table are finished.
- Jugs/bottles are to be shared; the amount given at a time is dependent on the size of the group/table.
Photography & Videography
Events are captured by professional photographers and videographers to showcase the experience. By attending, you acknowledge that photography, audio, and video recording may occur. Lovebrunch (The Ticketing Platform) reserves the right to use any media captured at our listed venues for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes.
Media Consent & Attendee Responsibility
- Active Participation & Social Media Content: Our events are high-energy, social experiences frequently documented by professional content creators.
- Implied Consent: By posing for, performing toward, or actively engaging with our cameras and content creators, you provide irrevocable consent for that footage to be used across our website, social media, and marketing materials.
- Opting Out: We respect your privacy. If you do not wish to be captured, it is your responsibility to notify our media team or event staff upon arrival and to avoid standing directly in front of active cameras.
- No Retrospective Removal: Once media has been captured and published, Lovebrunch will not remove content based on a change of personal preference or "disliking" the footage. We only review removal requests if the content is in direct violation of legal or safety guidelines (e.g., nudity or illegal acts).
By purchasing a ticket and entering the venue, you accept that you are entering a filmed environment and agree to these terms. Lovebrunch (The Ticketing Platform) is solely the host of the brunches and can only take responsibility for bookings and entertainment. (The Venue) is responsible for delivering the service on the day (i.e., food and drinks).
